These pianos have the advantage of a beautiful old style case - many with exotic veneers - where in many cases, the iron frame and case are the only original part of the piano as the rest is fitted with brand-new parts including the sound board.

Circa 1904, this piano was completely rebuilt approximately 10 years ago with a new soundboard and tuning plank. It has the lovely, clear Bechstein bright tone.
Blüthner Style IV 4'11" / 150cm Fiddle-Back Mahogany Satin

This completely rebuilt piano was manufactured circa 1934 and has a new soundboard and tuning plank. It has the warmth of tone expected of a Bluthner of this period and the unusual fiddle-back mahogany makes it a beautiful piece of furniture.

This instrument was original built about 1913. It has been completely rebuilt and has a new soundboard, tuning plank and action - it is virtually indistinguishable from new and will withstand the affects of central heating. The tone is the typical warm Bluthner sound of the period.
