Alongside training at the Royal College of Music and Trinity Laban Conservatoire, Miguel Mateus has amassed extensive teaching experience that includes classes for individuals, groups and ensembles at every age. Miguel develops his students’ skills in theory, aural and musicianship alongside teaching advanced students to develop and explore repertoire and pianism. Miguel performs internationally and he has recently finished an Artist Diploma at Trinity Laban Conservatoire reviving and revising the complete piano works of a Portuguese twentieth-century composer.

Jack Marshall is a performing musician from South Wales who has been playing since the age of 4.  He graduated from Middlesex University with a BA Honours degree in Jazz, has successfully studied and passed all of the ABRSM piano grades and has attended a number of composition/performance courses.

From the age of 16, Jack has been teaching piano both privately and within piano schools and has been a tutor at Bluthner piano centre for the last 3 years. With students ranging from 5-70 years of age, he devises bespoke lesson plans for each pupil and also teaches under the ABRSM school of study.

“I am a great believer in students learning in an enjoyable way and my lessons have always focused on that. I look at every student’s individual abilities and aspirations and then we put together the best step-by-step plan to achieve those.  As we work together, I make sure we are flexible enough to constantly reflect their interests as well as taking the right steps to improve.”

In addition to his teaching, Jack also regularly performs across London both as a solo pianist and with a variety of different groups playing a variety of musical styles.
